BEST Life's Gateway

In addition to the information and services BEST Life provides, we can also provide you easy access to your BEST Life account online through Gateway.


Through our confidential online system, brokers can access

  1. Book of business, which includes information on:
    1. Cases paid on time
    2. Terminated groups
    3. Groups who are late on payments
    4. Enrollment information
    5. Group details (group's effective date, coverages purchased, and customer number, premium amounts and payment due dates)
  1. Commision information
  2. Forms

Employers can login to BEST Life’s Gateway to get access to

  1. Administer plans online (add, enroll, delete employees and/or dependents)
  2. Check the balance and status of payments
  3. Order member ID cards
  4. Verify employee and/or dependent eligibility
  5. Update contact information
  6. Look up insurance agent’s contact information
  7. Download forms
  8. Email Customer Service or Claims

Members can

  1. Download enrollment and claim forms
  2. Locate a provider or network in their area
  3. Email Customer Service or Claims
  4. Verify eligibility or order ID cards through Gateway

To access Gateway, you must have your Customer Number and a password. If you do not have this, just give our Customer Service Department a call and they will provide one for you. Members can also request a password by contacting Customer Service.
